# How to Stake Your $RNVI Tokens

## Access the Staking Portal

1\. [Visit the Renovi Staking Portal.](https://staking.renovi.io/) (<https://staking.renovi.io/>)

2\. Log in with your **MetaMask wallet** or another Avalanche-compatible wallet:

&#x20;   • Ensure your wallet is connected to the **Avalanche C-Chain.**

## Connecting Your Wallet

1\. Click the **“Connect Wallet”** button on the Staking Portal.

2\. Approve the connection request from your wallet.

3\. Once connected, your wallet address will appear in the top-right corner of the page.

## Staking Your Tokens

1\. Review the available staking pools displayed on the portal:

&#x20;   • **APY (Annual Percentage Yield)**: This shows the rewards rate for the pool.

&#x20;   • **Staking Duration**: The minimum lock period for staking (e.g., 3 months, 6 months).

2\. Select the pool that fits your preference and click “**Stake**.”

3\. Enter the number of tokens you wish to stake.

4\. Review the staking terms, then click “**Confirm**” and approve the transaction in your wallet.

5\. After the transaction is confirmed:

&#x20;   • Your tokens will be locked in the staking pool.

&#x20;   • You can monitor your staked tokens and earned rewards on the dashboard.

## Monitoring Your Rewards

1\. Visit the **dashboard** to track:

&#x20;   • Staked token balance.

&#x20;   • Earned rewards.

&#x20;   • Remaining lock duration.

2\. Rewards are distributed based on the staking pool’s APY. Rewards may be claimable periodically or at the end of the staking period, depending on the pool.
